Handovers Inspection App app for iPhone and iPad

Handovers App is designed for use by Handovers Inspectors and Sub Contractors to record Defects and take Photographs of properties during the Property Inspection.

The App lists the inspections scheduled for the logged in user (Inspector or Sub Contractor).

For each Inspection the user can:
Enter any number of Defects: the Location, the Observation and the Trade responsible.
Take any number of Photographs of the property.

While entering Defects the user can store commonly used Observations for easy entry in future.
If the Inspection is on a High Rise, then the user can also store common defects that are appearing on multiple units. These will automatically apply to any new inspections on the same property.

While completing a second, or subsequent, inspection on a property, the Defects from previous inspections can be marked as Rectified.

Once the Inspection is completed, then the data is sent back to the Handovers office if a connection is available, otherwise the data is stored locally for sending when a connection is next available.
